How e-commerce sites for construction material work in India?


Ecommerce construction materials startups generally work on a B2B model - business to business. Builders and real estate developers being the customers. We are the aggregators in the business and to explain in the most simplest of terms - we trade. The customer wants 100 bags of cement of Ultra-tech, we buy from Ultratech at a rate that the builder can't obtain in the open market and sell it with a low margin.
